Eddie Longpants
by Mireille Levert (2005, Anansi Press, 7.95)
[See Discounts and Free Shipping option at bottom of page]
Eddie Longpants is big, "really" big, with long legs, enormous feet, and gangly arms that dangle down from his shoulders and bump into everything. At school, his classmates find new and interesting ways to bully him each day, calling him a giraffe, a flagpole, or a stepladder. When their name-calling becomes too painful, Eddie takes refuge under his favorite tree. But one day the bullying goes too far and the teacher takes notice. Now Eddie must decide whether to turn the tables on his tormentors or show them that there's more than one way to behave. Color. Grades K-5. [9" x 9"...32 pages]

Eggbert: The Slightly Cracked Egg
by Tom Ross (1994, Putnam, 6.99)
[See Discounts and Free Shipping option at bottom of page]
Eggbert’s paintings are the hit of the fridge. Tomatoes
adore him. Green peppers are his biggest fans. But the other eggs
discover the crack in Eggbert’s shell and send him packing.
A cracked egg with a talent for painting goes through some very
painful experiences before realizing that being cracked is not
all that bad. Here is an off-beat, but on-target parable that
says our flaws are perfectly natural. Maybe even something for
which we can be very proud! Color. Grades K-3. [8” x 9”...32
pages]

We're best known for two things...
__The way we pack (very carefully)
__The way we ship (very quickly)
We take packing seriously... Your books, DVDs, and CDs will be shrink-wrapped on a heavy piece of cardboard, and placed in a heavy-duty box, or in a padded mailing bag (depending on the size of your order). Therapeutic games are packed in heavy-duty boxes so they arrive in perfect condition. We also pack around the books and games with plenty of packing material to protect them from any damage. And, when the order is sealed and ready to ship, we stamp the package with our traditional red "HANDLE WITH ENTHUSIASM" stamp.
Our customers tell us... That we are pretty good at what we do. And we ought to be! We've been dispatching books to all corners of the U.S. since 1978. It will not be an accident that your books, therapeutic games, CDs, or DVDs will arrive in perfect condition. We make sure they will.
Standard Shipping... 3.95 for orders under 25.00; free shipping for any order over 25.00 (including Purchase Orders).
Expedited Shipping... 6.95 for one book; 9.95 for two or more books; 12.95 for board games; 4.80 for one or more CDs or DVDs. We normally use Priority Mail (First Class) for home addresses; UPS for school and business addresses.
