"Decision Is Yours"...Series

This great series offers realistic dilemmas commonly faced by children, and allows them to choose from alternatives to decide what happens next. Each story will help children begin to anticipate consequences, help them see that their behavior belongs to them, and teach them that no matter how bad the situation, it is the choices they make, that makes the difference. Grades 3-6. [5" x 7.5"...approximately 58 pages each.]

Bully on the Bus

by Carl Bosch (1988, Parenting Press, 7.95)
[See Discounts and Free Shipping option at bottom of page]

Jack is being teased by the fifth-grade bully on the school bus. Should Jack ignore him, ask an adult for help, or should he fight back? This book has alternate endings, which depend on the answers that your students choose as the story unfolds. Grades 3-6.

Finders, Keepers?

by Elizabeth Crary (1987, Parenting Press, 7.95)
[See Discounts and Free Shipping option at bottom of page]

Tyrone and Jerry find a wallet that belongs to a neighbor, Mr. French. Jerry wants to “borrow” some of the money to buy ice cream. Tyrone is not sure what to do. He doesn’t want to take the money, but he doesn’t want to lose his friendship with Jerry, either. This book has alternative endings, depending on what your students choose as you read the choices to them. Grades 3-6.

First Day Blues

by Peggy Anderson (1993, Parenting Press, 7.95)
[See Discounts and Free Shipping option at bottom of page]

Megan's first day in the fifth grade at a new school in a new town has made her very nervous. She wishes she never had to leave her old school and all of her friends in Arizona. Grades 3-6.

Making the Grade

by Carl Bosch (1991, Parenting Press, 7.95)
[See Discounts and Free Shipping option at bottom of page]

Jenny puts much more energy into soccer than into her studies. When she gets a poor report card, she has to decide whether to tell her parents, cheat on an upcoming test, or ask for help from a teacher. Grades 3-6.

Under Whose Influence?

by Judy Laik (1994, Parenting Press, 7.95)
[See Discounts and Free Shipping option at bottom of page]

Jamie goes home with some friends to work on a school project together, but her friends decide to sample their parents' liquor cabinet. They then want Jamie to join them. Grades 3-6.

We're best known for two things... The way we pack (very carefully); and the way we ship (very quickly).

We take book safety seriously... Your books will be shrink-wrapped on a heavy piece of cardboard, and placed in a heavy-duty box or a padded mailing bag (depending on the size of your order). We also pack around the books with plenty of clean paper to keep the books from moving. And, when the order is ready to ship, we'll stamp the box with our traditional red "HANDLE WITH ENTHUSIASM" stamp.

Our customers tell us... That we are pretty good at what we do. And we ought to be! We've been dispatching books to all corners of the planet since 1978. We're one of those old-fashioned companies with real toll-free telephones—and real people to answer them. It will not be an accident that your books will arrive in perfect condition. We make sure they will.

Standard Shipping... 3.95 for orders under 25.00; free shipping for any order over 25.00 (including Purchase Orders).

Expedited Shipping... 4.80 for one or more DVDs; 6.95 for one book; 9.95 for two or more books; 12.95 for board games. We normally use Priority Mail (First Class) for home addresses; UPS for school addresses.
