Goal Setting Bibliotherapy for Students...

You Can Do It

by Tony Dungy (2008, Little Simon Inspirations, 16.99/hardback)
     [Check/Credit Card Price...Less 21% = 13.42]

Third-grader Linden is worried about his assignment to "think about his future." Unlike everybody else in his family, he can't decide what he wants to do--except make people happy. But his parents, the dentist, and big brother Tony soon convince Linden that he'll achieve any goal he sets. Color. Grades PreK-2. [8.5” x 11”...32 pages]

Eddy’s Dream

by Miriam Cohen (2000, Star Bright Books, 16.95/hardback)
     [Check/Credit Card Price...Less 21% = 13.39]

All the children in Ms. Cordelia’s class are talking about their dreams—all except Eddy. He says, “Dreams are stupid.” But Trisha knows better. She knows what Eddy’s secret dream is. In this exuberant photographic book, showing inner-city children exploring their feelings through play, students get to understand why Eddy feels the way he does. Black and white photos. Grades K-3. [11” x 9”...40 pages]

Marta and the Bicycle

by Germano Zullo (2002, Kane/Miller, 13.95/hardback)
     [Check/Credit Card Price...Less 21% = 11.02]

It’s a cow’s life—nothing but grazing and milking, milking and grazing. It’s not a bad life really, for an ordinary cow, but it’s just not enough for Marta. Marta is different (she’s orange, for a start). Marta wants something more. Color. Grades K-3. [8.5” x 8.5”...28 pages]

Order by 1:00 P.M. (Central Time)...
We'll send a confirming e-mail, and normally ship the same day!

Tracking information ... We'll have the U.S. Postal Service or UPS send you tracking information each time your package is scanned.

We're best known for two things... The way we pack (very carefully); and the way we ship (very quickly).

We take book safety seriously... Your books will be shrink-wrapped on a heavy piece of cardboard, and placed in a heavy-duty box or a padded mailing bag (depending on the size of your order). We also pack around the books with plenty of clean paper to keep the books from moving. And, when the order is ready to ship, we'll stamp the box with our traditional red "HANDLE WITH ENTHUSIASM" stamp.

Our customers tell us... That we are pretty good at what we do. And we ought to be! We've been dispatching books to all corners of the planet since 1978. We're one of those old-fashioned companies with real toll-free telephones—and real people to answer them. It will not be an accident that your books will arrive in perfect condition. We make sure they will.

Standard Shipping... 3.50 for orders under 50.00; free shipping for any order over 50.00 (including Purchase Orders).

Expedited Shipping... 5.00 for one book; 9.95 for two or more books. We normally use First Class Mail for home addresses; UPS for school addresses.

Can't find what you're looking for?
Just send us an e-mail (paperbacks@usmo.com), or call (800-227-2591). We'll give you pricing information, and availability. If we don't have a particular book in stock, or can't get it to you rather quickly, we'll help find a source.
