Test-Taking Savvy
: Pulling the Answers from Your Noggin!

Compiled by Dave Craig (2006, Paperbacks for Educators, 7.50/spiral)
[See Discounts and Free Shipping option at bottom of page]

Tests are a part of every life—especially for students. But not all students are comfortable taking tests, nor do they ever develop the ability to approach testing with confidence. They simply don't develop the savviness that can propel them to success. You'll find some great lessons here on how to develop a "Just Say Know" attitude. Grades 3-8. [7” x 8.5”...40 pages]

Part of the "Therapeutic Cartoons for Kids" Series!

Testing Miss Malarkey

by Judy Finchler (2000, Walker, 6.95)
[See Discounts and Free Shipping option at bottom of page]

The teachers, students, and even parents are preparing for THE TEST! And even though the grown-ups tell the children not to worry, they’re acting kind of strange. Your students will probably laugh at the commotion surrounding standardized testing in Miss Malarkey’s school. And, at the same time, get some sense of how important it is for your students and your school to do well on tests. Color. Grades 1-4. [8.5” x 11”...32 pages]

True or False? Tests Stink!

by Trevor Romain & Elizabeth Verdick (1999, Free Spirit, 8.95)
[See Discounts and Free Shipping option at bottom of page]

This delightful nonfiction book teaches two things all students must know to do well on any test: what’s on it (as much as possible), and how to take it. There are plenty of proven strategies and practical advice. Plus, lots of humor. Grades 4-8. [5” x 7”...80 pages]

We're best known for two things...

__The way we pack (very carefully)
__The way we ship (very quickly)

We take packing seriously... Your books, DVDs, and CDs will be shrink-wrapped on a heavy piece of cardboard, and placed in a heavy-duty box, or in a padded mailing bag (depending on the size of your order). Therapeutic games are packed in heavy-duty boxes so they arrive in perfect condition. We also pack around the books and games with plenty of packing material to protect them from any damage. And, when the order is sealed and ready to ship, we stamp the package with our traditional red "HANDLE WITH ENTHUSIASM" stamp.

Our customers tell us... That we are pretty good at what we do. And we ought to be! We've been dispatching books to all corners of the U.S. since 1978. It will not be an accident that your books, therapeutic games, CDs, or DVDs will arrive in perfect condition. We make sure they will.

Standard Shipping... 3.95 for orders under 25.00; free shipping for any order over 25.00 (including Purchase Orders).

Expedited Shipping... 6.95 for one book; 9.95 for two or more books; 12.95 for board games; 4.80 for one or more CDs or DVDs. We normally use Priority Mail (First Class) for home addresses; UPS for school and business addresses.
