Good Touch, Bad Touch...

I Said No!:
A Kid-To-Kid Guide to Keeping Private Parts Private

by Zack and Kimberly King (2008, Boulden, 9.95)
[See Discounts and Free Shipping option at bottom of page]

Helping kids set healthy boundaries for their private parts can be a daunting and awkward task for parents, counselors and educators. Written from a kid’s point of view, I Said No! makes this task a lot easier. To help Zack cope with a real-life experience he had with a “friend,” he and his mom wrote a book to help prepare other kids to deal with a range of problematic situations. Using a simple, direct, decidedly “non-icky” approach that doesn’t dumb down the issues involved, as well as an easy-to-use system to help kids rehearse and remember appropriate responses to help keep them safe. Color. Grades 1-4. [8” x 8”...38 pages]

Your Body Belongs to You

by Cornelia Spelman (1997, Whitman, 6.99)
[See Discounts and Free Shipping option at bottom of page]

A counselor explains that it is all right to decline a friendly hug or kiss, even from someone you love. She goes on to define private parts (“places on your body covered by a bathing suit”), and the importance of telling if you are touched there. Color. Grades K-2. [8” x 9”...24 pages]

It's My Body

by Lory Freeman (1983, Parenting Press, 7.95)
[See Discounts and Free Shipping option at bottom of page]

A book to teach young children how to resist uncomfortable touch. It shows children how to distinguish between "good" and "bad" touches, and how to respond appropriately to any unwanted touches. Pre-K-2. [5.5” x 8.5”...24 pages]

We're best known for two things...

__The way we pack (very carefully)
__The way we ship (very quickly)

We take packing seriously... Your books, DVDs, and CDs will be shrink-wrapped on a heavy piece of cardboard, and placed in a heavy-duty box, or in a padded mailing bag (depending on the size of your order). Therapeutic games are packed in heavy-duty boxes so they arrive in perfect condition. We also pack around the books and games with plenty of packing material to protect them from any damage. And, when the order is sealed and ready to ship, we stamp the package with our traditional red "HANDLE WITH ENTHUSIASM" stamp.

Our customers tell us... That we are pretty good at what we do. And we ought to be! We've been dispatching books to all corners of the U.S. since 1978. It will not be an accident that your books, therapeutic games, CDs, or DVDs will arrive in perfect condition. We make sure they will.

Standard Shipping... 3.95 for orders under 25.00; free shipping for any order over 25.00 (including Purchase Orders).

Expedited Shipping... 6.95 for one book; 9.95 for two or more books; 12.95 for board games; 4.80 for one or more CDs or DVDs. We normally use Priority Mail (First Class) for home addresses; UPS for school and business addresses.
