Returns are never a problem...

We actually like to get returns.

It helps us know what books, games and DVD's are working for our customers.

We don't have any strict time limits. All we ask is that you pack the item carefully when you return it to us. We would love to know why you don't like a particular product, but it is not necessary to take the time to tell us.

In summary: Our returns policy is simple. If you don't like something, just return it in good condition. You can get your money back, or trade it for something else!
