Tracking information... We pay an extra fee to the U.S. Postal Service and UPS so we can monitor each package we ship. If you would like that tracking information also sent to you, just let us know.
We're best known for two things... The way we pack (very carefully); and the way we ship (very quickly).
We take book safety seriously... Your books will be shrink-wrapped on a heavy piece of cardboard, and placed in a heavy-duty box or a padded mailing bag (depending on the size of your order). We also pack around the books with plenty of clean paper to keep the books from moving. And, when the order is ready to ship, we'll stamp the box with our traditional red "HANDLE WITH ENTHUSIASM" stamp.
Our customers tell us... That we are pretty good at what we do. And we ought to be! We've been dispatching books to all corners of the planet since 1978. We're one of those old-fashioned companies with real toll-free telephones—and real people to answer them. It will not be an accident that your books will arrive in perfect condition. We make sure they will.
Standard Shipping... 3.95 for orders under 25.00; free shipping for any order over 25.00 (including Purchase Orders).
Expedited Shipping... 4.80 for one or more DVDs; 6.95 for one book; 9.95 for two or more books; 12.95 for board games. We normally use Priority Mail (First Class) for home addresses; UPS for school addresses.
