No bond reduction for Zorn as prosecution proceeds against most suspects from police sting

Dave Zorn, in the custody of the Coconino County Detention Facility, enters Coconino County Superior Court Monday, April 14, for his arraignment on charges of luring a minor for sexual exploitation. Zorn, represented by Flagstaff attorney Daniel Kaiser, entered an initial plea of not guilty to all counts. 

A county judge declined to reduce the bond of Dave Zorn, the Flagstaff radio broadcaster arrested for alleged sexual offenses, after a hearing on Tuesday, May 6.

Zorn was one of 10 individuals named as suspects by the Flagstaff Police Department following the conclusion of an online sting operation in March. Eight of the 10 suspects currently have active cases in Coconino County Superior Court, and six of those eight remain in custody at the Coconino County Detention Facility.

Smith Arraignment
