Overland Expo West will return to Coconino County May 16-18 with more than 400 exhibitors and over 300 hours of education programing, including classes, demonstrations and roundtables.
The three-day schedule will offer hands-on learning for anyone from beginners to seasoned explorers. Created in 2009, Overland was intended for those with a shared passion for international exploration and vehicle-based travel, offering a place to share stories, learn skills and become inspired for the next adventure.
For 2025, highlights of the event will include a film festival sponsored by Krug Expedition beginning at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 16, a moto party and raffle from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and a game night on Friday beginning at 7 p.m.
Saturday's events include a networking event for women travelers from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and a charity raffle from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
