The Flagstaff Police Department would like to make the following sex offender notifications:
Patrick W. Barnell, 41, is listed at 4185 East Huntington Drive in Flagstaff. He was convicted of attempted molestation of a child in 2002.聽
Jervis J. Cling, 50, is listed at 1120 West Kaibab Lane in Flagstaff. He was convicted of sex abuse of a minor or ward in 2012.
Rhea Claire Hamm, 40, is listed at 4529 East Wintergreen Road in Flagstaff. She was convicted of traveling in interstate commerce for the purpose of engaging in a sexual act with a minor in 2009.
Braden Harvey Miller, 56, is listed at 4185 East Huntington Drive in Flagstaff. He was convicted of sexually motivated aggravated assault in 2023.
Sex offender notifications are required by Arizona law. They are not wanted by the law enforcement at this time. Resident abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate or harass sex offenders will not be tolerated by the police department.
