The Flagstaff Police Department would like to make the following sex offender notifications:
Ramaris Paul Anagal, 51, is listed at 1120 West Kaibab Lane in Flagstaff. He was convicted of aggravated sexual assault in 2014.
Darrell Shaun Bahe, 23, is listed at 1120 West Kaibab Lane in Flagstaff. He was convicted of abusive sexual contact with a minor in 2021.
Archie Paul Begay, 53, is listed at 2010 East Butler Avenue in Flagstaff. He was convicted of聽kidnapping for the purpose of engaging in a sexual act by force, aggravated sexual abuse of a child, and four other charges in 2016.
Walter Bitsui, 60, is listed at 4467 East Blizzard Way in Flagstaff. He was convicted of attempted forcible sexual abuse in 1994 and aggravated sexual abuse in 1997.
Leonard Castanon, 60, is listed at 4185 East Huntington Drive in Flagstaff. He was convicted of molestation of a child in 1990 and attempted failure to register as a sex offender in 2015.
Raymond Desmond, 50, is listed at 1705 N. West Street in Flagstaff. He was convicted of sexual conduct with a minor in 2002.
David Gordon, 27, is listed at 1120 West Kaibab Lane in Flagstaff. He was convicted of kidnapping for the purpose of engaging in a sexual act by force and abusive sexual contact in 2022.
Vincent Lee Honahni, 43, is listed at 2010 East Route 66 in Flagstaff. He was convicted of sex abuse of a minor or ward in 2011.
Christan Lee James, 31, is listed at 1120 West Kaibab Lane in Flagstaff. He was convicted of kidnapping for the purpose of engaging in a sexual act by force in 2022.
Arthur Cordelious Jose, 71, is listed at 1120 West Kaibab in Flagstaff. He was convicted of abusive sexual contact in 2008.
Everett Miles Klomann, 45, is listed at 2917 West Darleen Drive in Flagstaff. He was convicted of sexual assault on a child in 2017.
Thomas Michael Mansmann, 65, is listed at 2513 North 3rd Street in Flagstaff. He was convicted of lewd and lascivious acts with a minor in 1983.
Richard Dale Mason, 65, is listed at 3770 East Huntington Drive in Flagstaff. He was convicted of attempted sexual conduct with a minor in 2014.
William Fredrick Ornelas, 64, is listed at 2520 East Lucky Lane in Flagstaff. He was convicted of molestation of a child in 1986.
Michael Joseph Pagliarulo, 69, is listed at 4185 East Huntington Drive in Flagstaff. He was convicted of sexual assault and indecent exposure in 2003.
Charles William VanKirk Jr., 59, is listed at 2818 East Route 66 in Flagstaff. He was convicted of failure to register as a sex offender in 2014 and 2020.
Sex offender notifications are required by Arizona law. They are not wanted by the law enforcement at this time. Resident abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate or harass sex offenders will not be tolerated by the police department.
