Jacques Cazaubon Seronde (Cazo) 2

After stepping down from the board in recent years, Cazo remains one of the resident artists of MOCAF and was selected for its upcoming show. Using a local space along with other creatives who all create with different mediums and come from different backgrounds, naturally builds a sense of community.

, who is formally known as Jacques Cazaubon Seronde, was born and raised at 7,000 feet in Flagstaff, Arizona. He explained Flagstaff and the landscapes of the Southwest have always been where his inspiration flows from.

Cazo’s exhibit, “forever changes part 1 opens on Dec. 13, and ends on Dec. 15. Cazo will also be hosting an artist talk a few days later. Cazo said the installation of 18 paintings is about the connection to the Earth while focusing on depicting the blip that humans occupy in Earth’s extending life.
