“A big part of postpartum is your body changing and you need nutrients for that,'' Elysse Voyer, chef and business owner of Just Delivered, says. “A lot of women in postpartum experience depression and anxiety, and it's so important to pay attention to that. For me, having something there that's nourishing and good for you to eat, something that's going to make you happy in a moment of deep stress or exhaustion is so important for your mental health.�
