Rachel Gibbons, Arizona Daily Sun fileThe median sales price of residential homes in Flagstaff was $693,000 in March, representing an increase from the previous month and year, according to the March 2025 Market Review from the Arizona Association of Realtors, which reported that March's median sales price was 14.5% higher than February's and 12% higher than in March 2024 ($618,500).
The median sales price for 2025 so far is $675,000, compared to $625,000 at the same point in 2024.
