The City of Flagstaff Sustainability Program announced new Neighborhood Sustainability Grants Program. The program was created by the Sustainability Commission to inspire projects that enhance community and promote sustainable and healthy lifestyles.
Sustainability Commission Chairman Todd Barnell said, “All of us on the Sustainability Commission are very excited to offer these grants to the community. One of the roles of the Sustainability Commission is to serve as a catalyst for projects that encourage all aspects of sustainability and the conservation of the natural resources that make Flagstaff such a wonderful community. Through the Neighborhood Sustainability Grants Program we hope to assist the many wonderful groups and individuals in our community who want to make Flagstaff an even better place.�
