Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH) announced Friday, Jan. 17, the opening of a new primary care clinic in Flagstaff.
The new clinic is at 1895 N. Jasper Drive, Suite 3, about a mile east of Flagstaff Medical Center. It includes 36 exam rooms and a “streamlined check-in area in a single-level building designed for accessibility.
The remodel of the Summit Center is expected to begin in early March. NAH is considering four sites for FMC's relocation, with its CEO saying the final selection would "ideally" be announced by the end of 2025.
