Flagstaff is the stage for a theatrical new novel

Flagstaffians will have a special reason to celebrate Shakespeare’s birthday this April 23. That’s the day Flagstaff-based Soulstice Publishing’s latest offering, officially goes on sale across the nation.

“Shakespeare is as universal as literature gets, but Julie Hammonds has created a heartfelt story that is accessible, moving, and feels as if the Bard was always meant to be staged right here in our mountain town,� Soulstice co-founder Myles Schrag said. “We’re excited to see how Arizonans embrace 'Blue Mountain Rose' and proudly share it with the world.�
