Museum of Northern Arizona hosts Indigenous Enterprise at their post-Thanksgiving show

It's that time of year again, to gather with friends and family and share what there is to be thankful for in life. For most Americans, Thanksgiving is a national staple in the holiday season, but for Indigenous people it's a bit of a different story.Ìý

For some, it's a time of mourning. For others, it's a day of resistance from further colonial narratives and myths about their cultures or of healing, teaching and strengthening the connections they already have and building new ones. And what better way to build those bonds than to share culture and traditions with someone new.
