Deputies from the Forest Lakes Substation of the Coconino County Sheriff's Office responded to Woods Canyon Lake following a report of three individuals who were walking on the frozen lake and fell through the ice at 3:15 p.m. on Sunday.
Fire units joined the deputies in their response to the scene, where they learned two of the individuals made it out of the water, while one, a 26-year-old from Phoenix, was still missing
