FUSD hears update on plans to increase employee recruitment and retention

The Flagstaff Unified School District (FUSD) Governing Board heard an update on recruitment and retention strategies for district employees at its meeting Tuesday, April 8.

The meeting agenda includes a list of nine trends and goals the district is trying to respond to over the next five years with this plan. It includes agility, employee engagement, strategic partnerships, technology and enhanced programs and services.
