Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona (HSNAZ) published its Rental Attainability Report for 2024 in November, including data that suggests rents in Flagstaff may be stabilizing.
The nonprofit organization has published a Rental Attainability Report annually since 2015 -- with the exception of 2020 due to the pandemic -- using data collected during its survey of apartment complexes throughout Flagstaff. This year’s survey included 56 market-rate complexes (10,381 units) and 10 income-restricted complexes (724 units) that HSNAZ contacted between Sept. 20 and Nov. 15 of 2024.
