In reply to the “Man ‘confused� over recent protests ...� letter to the editor in 4/19/2025 Daily Sun, I would make a few points.
First, I’ve never met a member of MS-13 gang, and I doubt that he has either, but I can meet a racist right here in little ‘ol mostly liberal Flagstaff on a weekly basis if I so choose. Violence in our country is statistically more likely to be perpetrated by U.S.-born people than illegal immigrants. Most of them are too busy trying to survive and flee violence in their own country to occupy themselves with home invasion -- leave it to TV “sound bites� and the GOP to stir that pot.
