Justin Wayne Hill, who made terroristic threats against numerous Flagstaff schools and businesses in September, was extradited from Montana back to Arizona earlier this week.
Hill, 36, was arrested in Bozeman on Sep. 15 and held in the Gallatin County Detention Center. Judge Peter B. Ohman of the Gallatin County District Court ordered the dismissal of the fugitive complaint against Hill and the surrender of Hill to the Coconino County Sheriff's Office on Monday, Dec. 2.
