A fire broke out at the Centerwood Apartments building in Sunnyside shortly after midnight on Monday morning, spreading to the building’s second floor before the Flagstaff Fire Department was able to extinguish it.
No injuries were reported, but five families were displaced by the blaze and are receiving assistance from the local Red Cross.
