According to an update in a recent board meeting, Flagstaff Unified School District has been listed as out of compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act following its retraction of an assurance document in response to federal court rulings.

FUSD was among 24 public and charter districts on this list, which is posted on the Arizona Department of Education's (ADE) website (accessed May 13).
