Construction on a new culvert beneath East Cedar Avenue will begin Monday, April 21, necessitating temporary lane closures between Grandview Drive and Monte Vista Drive.
Eagle Mountain Construction, the city’s contractor for the Spruce Wash suite of projects, will be replacing an existing box culvert with a higher-capacity arch culvert to handle potential post-wildfire water flows. Crews will install half of the culvert at a time to avoid a complete road closure.
